Vented
Vented bags can be made in a variety of shapes and sizes, with gusseting or zip tops. The main feature is that they provide ventilation to allow the exchange of air and prevent moisture build-up inside the packaging. This is a great choice for fresh produce or other items that need oxygen to stay fresh on the shelf longer.
Gusseted
Gusetted bags are folded during production. These can be gusseted in a way that rolls along the bottom to better curve to the products’ shape, or designed specifically for stand-up pouch applications. Gusseted poly bags are typically used for confectionaries, pet treats, breads, and other types of bulky or loose products.
Rollstock
If you’re looking for your packaging VFFS or HFFS rollstock that allows you to save money as it is less expensive and more efficient to fill and pack. Rollstock is a flat roll of material used to form on a form, fill and seal machine. Bison Bag offers Inno-lok zipper rollstock that has the reclosure sealed into the rollstock for easy converting and the option and convenience of reclosable bags.

High-Density Polyethylene
Also known as HDPE, high-density polyethylene is a polymer or plastic that is tightly structured, creating a tear and puncture-resistant flexible package that is less flexible but better able to package heavier items. Common examples of this include dry bulk foods such as rice, cereal and beans, and construction materials like sand or gravel.
Low-Density Polyethylene (LDPE)
LDPE is a flexible, durable, and relatively low-cost plastic material known for its clarity, moisture resistance, and ability to form strong seals. It has a branched polymer structure that makes it less dense and more pliable than many other plastics.

Linear Low-Density Polyethylene (LLDPE)
